Beveled Seat Plunger Nut 51672-25 (3143-25) is the seat post rod lower nut. This is the last part installed on the seat post rod before inserting the assembly into the frame seat tube. The flat side on this part engages the D shaped hole in the bottom of the frame and keeps the seat post assembly from turning while the 51674-25 nut is tightened underneath the frame. Made and parkerized in the USA. 3/8″-24 thread.
