Panhead Cylinders

16485-48 Front cylinder fits Panhead 1948-1965 74″ models. Cylinders are for stock bore, stock stroke and compression.
*NOTE: Machined to inner diameter of 87.25mm, cylinders must be honed to standard size for proper fit. Sold each. Piston is not included. *NOTE: All cast iron cylinders have same piston to wall clearance .0025 -.003.

16492-48 Rear cylinder fits Panhead 1948-1965 74″ models. Cylinders are for stock bore, stock stroke and compression.

11088-5  74″ Panhead cylinder and piston kit  This is bored and honed to 87.325mm with a stock compression of 8.5:1. Cylinders have original casting marks as on stock cylinders for this year group.
Both cylinders are equipped with oil passages drilled through the wall to allow oil to return through the bore to the crank case. Pistons are pre-fit ready to run. Break in slowly first 500 miles. *NOTE: All cast iron cylinders have same piston to wall clearance .0025 -.003. Bore size is 3.4380″-3.4385″ inner diameter.
