Gas Shut-Offs and Kits

[#3601-16] 1916-1935 Gas Shut-Off : 1916-35 RL,VL Zicad right side petcock features 1/8″-27 NPT on the side fitting the gas tank and 1/2″-24 NPT on fuel line connection side. Petcock is machined from brass. We suggest disassembly of petcock, remove cotter pin, and use fine compound to “lap in” taper for a non-leak seal. Fits J 1916-1926, UL 1936-1939 and VL 1927-1936.

[#3601-36] 1936-1939 Gas Shut-Off:  solid brass & cad plated 1936-39 w/reserve Petcock has 3/8″-18 National Pipe Thread, is machined from brass and features a zinc plated finish. Fits EL 1936-1939.

[#62032-40] 1940-1949 Gas Shut-Off Rod Kit: includes steel spacer, cadmium plated seat fitting, zinc knob and chrome cover. Reserve holes are 3″ from the bottom point, and bottom fitting is 7/16″-20 thread. Rod Length: 9-7/16″

[#62032-40V] 1941-1949 Fuel Petcock Shut Off Rod Kit: Kit features a complete shut off rod assembly with a Viton tip. The top knurled knob is chrome and other pieces are a zicad finish.

[#62032-50] 1950-1958 Gas Shut-Off Rod Kit:  Features a complete shut-off rod assembly with a chrome seat fitting and a left tank reserve. The top cap finish is brass and the seat finish is chrome. Includes spring and sealing washers. Rod measures 9-1/2″. Reserve holes are 3″ from the bottom point. Order seat spacer separately.
