New 1941-46 style gas/oil tanks with 1st gear forward. Raw tank set accepts cateye dash plate, early 1937-1946 shifter gate and gas shut off rod kit. Some 45 tank installation with a cateye dash will require 1/8″ spacers on the top of the tank bolt, to allow dash base to fit properly.
Gas is on the left and oil is on the right. Please test fitment before painting. Tank weld seams may require filler to meet your individual requirements. Do not grind or sand the seams as this may cause leaks. Petcock fitting should be masked or plugged during painting for easy installation of petcock.
